I created these reusable worksheets to support psychologists with selecting tests for diagnostic assessments—that is, where the referral question and/or client's goal is to answer the question, “Is a DSM-5-TR diagnosis of autism/ADHD valid?”
 
Of course, non-diagnostic tests can have clinical utility in addressing other aspects of a referral question or client goals (e.g., the CAT-Q for an adult who may be engaging in social camouflaging, the CEFI for parents who want to understand their child's profile of executive functioning strengths and challenges, etc.).
 
You can file this document in your client notes to document your clinical decision-making.
